Phase 1 - Scope
The Trust sets a very clear, specific and measurable objective with defined timescales.
We undertake a full scoping exercise, which could include:
- Reviewing relevant data
- Meeting consultants
- Meeting other front-line clinical staff e.g. Theatre nurses/ODPs, Outpatient HCAs, matrons, ward managers, etc.
- Meeting administrative staff e.g. bookings, validation, receptionists, medical records, etc.
We then prepare a report with recommendations and a detailed implementation plan.
The Scoping Phase can take from 2 days to 7 days and will be undertaken at a fixed price.
Phase 2 - Implementation
We agree Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to determine the success of the implementation.
We implement the plan, with the full support of the Executive Team to ensure that any blockages are addressed.
The length of the Implementation Phase will vary considerably depending on the scope of the work, and will be determined from the Scoping Phase. The Implementation Phase will also be completed for a fixed price.
Phase 3 - Sustainability
The final phase involves preparing a report that outlines what's required to ensure that the changes delivered in Phase 2 can be sustained.
The Sustainability Phase usually takes 4 to 5 days and will be undertaken at a fixed price.
